i want to know how to know whether the return has been filled with Or not by My employer?
Please help me Sir.

17 October 2013 first of all you will have to obtained the pan number & tan number of your employer & user id & password of imcome tax then go to the following site

www.incometaxindia.gov.in

Which return you are referring here.

If you are referring to ITR, then you can log in to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/‎ & check your status of return filed.
