If I filled itr for a.y. 2011-12 and 2013-14 and not filled for a.y. 2012-13 then any problem arise because of that

As per section 139 (1) if u have income exceeding the limit not chargeable to tax in any previous year its mandatory to file return of income...so if u don't have taxable income in 12-13 then there will be no problem...

Non taxable income need not necessary to file Income tax return
