If a person paid Rs. 90000 as LIC and Don't have any income in previous year... How to File his return...

well you cannot claim deduction.. you can file aa nil return .. however its not mandatory for u to file return

if he has no income then not necessary to file return
and if he file return then LIC premium also not deductible due to assesse have no income
and if he file return then LIC premium also not deductible due to assesse have no income
