1 of my friend forget to sign the ITR acknowledgement A.Y.2012-13 & sent it to banglore.
Now the status shows that the "return was rejected. Sign Missing".
Now what is the procedure to claim the refund for the same.

As original or Revised??

file return again as a original return if it already exceeds 120 days
and you need to sign on itr-V and send to CPC bangalore with in 120 days .

No ,the return has to be filed as 'revised'. The system will not accept if marked as original.
