i can file the AY 2011-12 return.actually i want to finance from bank so itr demanded by bank.i have no tax paid AY 2011-12. I show incone only basis exemption limit.i have no idea.some frind's say penalty paid to 5000 amount any late filing of AY Oter than AY 2012-13.
