I am not in practice & working as a salary corporate
Can i file income tax return of any other person ?
and can i sign income tax file copy to submit the bank ?
Please guide me.

Yes, You can file ITR of any other person.
But You can not sign the copy to be submitted the bank
But You can not sign the copy to be submitted the bank
