we are running educational society our gross receipts are about 89 to 90 lac and profit is 2 to 3 lac please guide us Last date of filing of income tax Retun
and what tax slabes wilklkbe there

You may start the procedure to get accounts audited from this year only, which you will supposed to be follow from the succeeding year . . There are 3 slabs ... 1. 0-10000 (10%) 2. 10001to 20000 (20%) and above 20000 (30%). .
Due date /Last Date For Audit cases 30.09.2013 For Non -Audit cases 31.07.2013. .
Please also guide can we file return up to 30-9-2013 or have to file up to 31-07-2017. The gross receipts for the year 31-3-2012 was also 88 lac . But we filed the return on 31-7-2012. Now we have came to know that we have got accounts audited and file audiot report and return up 30-9-2013
