ITR 4 HAS BEEN FILED ELECTRONICALLY.
WHAT HAPPENS IF ACKOWLEDGEMENT IS NOT FILED IN HARD COPY TO ITDEPT.?
Whether Loss calimed earlier will be allowed to be set off or not?

If it is not filed within due time to IT deptt (Now at Bangalore), then it shall be treated as no return filed. You can claim setoff of losses but shall not be able to carry forward of current year loss, if any..

Agree with expert. Acknowledgement has to be submitted with 60 days from E-filing.
