24 January 2014 The Assessee has filed the R O I for a particular Asst year by efiling mode but failed to file ITR-V in time. Does the asseee lose the entitlement of Refund on such return? What is the way out to get the Refund ? Pl help

24 January 2014 Yes you can claim refund in belated return u/s 139(4) :

But you cannot :

1) Revise belated return
2) Cannot carry forward losses.
