Income tax refund

03 August 2017 If we have claimed more deductions than what we have.. Is it possible to get income tax refund from AY 2017-18 onwards?? Because Dept is issuing notices u/s 143(1)a which asks about clarifications for such excess deductions!!

03 August 2017 You can't deduct excess amount. Also the utility is not accepted any value of deductions for the particular head.... If you ask what you want exact query then ll be answering experts...
