need one suggestion....
a pvt ltd company is converted into LLP, my client closed bank account of a pvt ltd company. for AY 2015-16 there was refund of rs 450000/- around. assessing officer issued cheque in the name of pvt ltd company bt that account is already closed.
how to obtain that refund now????

Provide documents of conversion of Company to LLP to assessing officer and explain the same to him. He will re-issue the refund with LLP name.
