My Uncle Income Tax Refund Cheque Was Received Before the receipt of cheque my uncle was died and his bank account is closed but On the cheque the closed account number of my uncle is mentioned how my aunty shall get the refund amount

in such case u need to meet the concerned AO in this regard to resolve this

The aunty should apply for reissue of refund in her name claiming herself as legal heir of the deceased.
