21 February 2014 HI ,

MY QUERY IS RELATED TO INCOME TAX REFUND . ONE OF MY FRIEND FILE THE ITR FOR THE AY 2002-2003, 2003-2004,2004-2005, & 2005-2006 BUT HE HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND FOR ALL THE ABOVE AY . HE HAS DOING COMMUNICATION WITH THE DEPTT. TILL AY 2005-2006. AFTER THAT NO WRITTEN COMMUNICATION HE HAS DONE.
NOW THE CONCERN WARD S OFFICER SAYING THAT THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ISSUE THE REFUND.

SO WHAT CAN HE DO:-
1. IS HE GO FOR RTI
2. IS GO FOR COURT
PLEASE REVERT BACK,
THANKS & REGARDS

21 February 2014 If the Dept. is denying & u have given reply 4 all of the refunds, then u can sue them in court if law.

But I suggest that hire a professional & again put a reply in written or adjust a meeting with them 4 ur matter & till after that they deny then sue them.
