Income tax refund

03 May 2010 Dear Sir,

I have "E-filed" my income tax return for the assessment year 2009-10 within due date and therein i have claimed a refund of Rs. 20040/- (tax deducted on LIC commision)but i have not yet received the same.

I have opted for cheque as a mode for refund.
I have also visited the income tax department where they say that they can't do anything in case of "E-Filed" returns.

Please help

03 May 2010 REFUND OF AY 2009-10 WILL TAKE SOME TIME....SO PLEASE WAIT PATIENTLY.

03 May 2010 Now it is time to get refund of income tax but u have to not received that means ITO want to some donation, so wait just 2 month may be refund u have to get automaticaly.otherwise u try to go ito and check status
