I am a pvt ltd.company employee.my annual salary is 200000.so i m eligible for pay incometax but i have a lic policy of Rs.54000/yr.but in present i dont provide it to my boss so they deduct my incometax from my salary.
Now can i claim for refund it in my incometax return..?

Yes.Provided ur net taxable income is below exemption limit or if ur total tds is higher than tax payable.
