sir please ans me ,
thatre weather income received from hiring of crane cover u/s 44AE or not ,
weather we can file return showing higher income as 44AE without maintaining books of a/c

Crane is used for uplifting the goods and is not used for carrying on goods from one place to another. As such , in my view income arising from the crane can not be said as arising from a goods carriage.
