Income tax payment through challan 280

Dear Sir,
I want to ask on thing in the following case :
I have prepared ITR 4 as per Figure filling in it Tax comes.
INCOME TAX 4569
EDU CESS (INCL SHE) 137
But there is Prepaid Tax i.e TDS Rs 53.
then which amount I shall consider for Payment in Challan 280?
Income Tax
and
Edu Cess (INCL SHE)
Either
1) Income Tax 4506
Edu Cess (INCL SHE)137
Or
2)Income Tax 4653
Edu Cess (INCL SHE) NIL

what is prepaid tax? is it advance tax ?

Actually it is TDS which has been deducted on commission Rs 53/- (TDS Amount)

challan is ment for paying tds is the tds u have deducted of some1 else ur querry is not clear.

Sorry that by mistake I asked the Challan 280 instead of Challan 281.
Simply There is Income Tax Liability as per below details :
Income Tax Rs 4569
Edu Cess (Incl SHE) Rs 137
But He has TDS Receivable Amt Rs 53
Then which amount I should Consider for remittance of payment through challan 281

In that case u final tax liability is 4569-53=4516+3% ec and shec.
u need to deduct 53 from principal income tax payable and then add 3%
