Income tax password change

15 September 2015 dear friend
A person has forgotten e-filling password
there are 3 options to reset password on e-filling website
1. answer secret question
but he also forget answer

upload digital signature
he has no DSC
OTP
registered mobile no does not exit now so otp from already registered detail is not possible
OTP
from new email id and mobile no there are 3 more options
but
Previously assessee has not file any return of income so use of bank account option is not possible
There are no tax liability so use of CIN detail is also not possible
I am trying to use 3rd option 26AS TAN but there is a error that invalid TAN
but i matched TDS certificate TAN from know my TAN on e-filling website both are same
plz suggest how can i change password

16 September 2015 1. obtain dsc for one year.
2. deposit tax 10-100 rs
3. Use ERI (e-Return Intermediary), file through ERI then reset password from bank account no given at the time of filling return via eri.

16 September 2015 You may Send an email to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in with the following Details.
PAN
PAN HOLDERS NAME
DATE OF BIRTH
FATHER NAME
RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS
(as per PAN card)
EMAIL ID given in first time registration.
Send a request to reset the password.
