08 February 2016 if a owner of a proprietor hospital ( Senior Citizen ) want to get Reid of the responsibility but don't want to lose interest in the land & building as the same was build by his forefathers
What options are available with him..like sale , rent , royalty..etc..

09 February 2016 How about Sale of goodwill & renting of immovable property???
then responsibility will also be transferred and rent income will also accrue to them along with capita receipt for goodwill for use of there them...
