I want to know about tax savings options available for individual having only saving bank Interest Income (approx 10 lac) in FY 2015-16.

No specific deductions available for interest income from savings account. Usual Chapter VI A deductions are available

You can claim Deduction u/s 80C,80CCD, 80D, 80G, 80TTA if any.
