Income tax on cpf amount

I have joined in central govt. organization on temporary basis on 12/07/2005 and worked up to 15/04/10 at PB-3(New scale). During this period I had deducted CPF (Contribution my side and contribution employer side). Now at present, I rejoined in superior post in same institute on regular basis from 17/04/10, my deduction is now as under New pension Scheme and my previous amount as CPF will not carry over in New scheme (As per enquery). Therefore I have applied to withdraw my CPF amount from 12/07/2005 to 15/04/2010 and it will be available after march, 2012. Now my question is whatever amount I will get during above period is taxable or not, If taxable then on whole or which portion of amount. Further,this amount is the duration of about 4 year and 9 months of my service (less than five years), but I will get it after 6 years,so kindly also clearify the taxable procedure when CPF is going to withdraw on less than five years of service and delay period is countable or not, if tax is to be paid.
