Income tax notice for filing a.y 2015-16 return

18 June 2018 I did not filed the income tax return in the year F.Y 2014-15,2015-16,2016-17,2017-18 till now i got a notice to file income tax return from department.TDS refunds are there in all the above years.Can i fiLe all the returns now to get the TDS refund.Please give your advise.Thanks in advance

18 June 2018 please approach the jurisdictional CIT with a condonation request. once the request is accepted, you can file these returns

18 June 2018 I will advise that in this case you hire a local chartered accountant to assist you as this requires a bit of running around the local tax office.
