04 March 2011 My client have business income & staying in mumbai but his pan number juridiction showing in Lucknow income tax. He wants to file return in mumbai. What is procedure to migrate pan juridition form Lucknow to Mumbai ?

06 March 2011 You have to write an application for transfer the case to Mumbai by mentioning the AO, Mumbai who will have jurisdiction over your case

The application will be submitted to the AO and CIT under whose jurisdiction the assessee was being assessed so far.
