What is the present status of Income Tax in Sikkim.
I am paying some commission to a Sikkim resident but he doesnot have any PAN as he say that Income Tax is not applicable. What should i do?? Please reply fast

PLEASE CHECK ENTIRELY FROM LOCAT ITO AS THERE ARE SOME SPECIFIC RULES RELATED TO SIKKIM IT AND CONTINUE PROTEST FROM SIKKIM RESIDENTS
