Dear Sir,
Presently I am staying in Kuwait for last two years and I have other income (i.e. - Interest Earned from Saving Account) of Rs. 1,10,000 and TDS is deducted from bank of Rs, 10,100.
Can I get the refund of Rs. 10, 100 as my income in india is below 2.5 Lakh.
Please confirm.

You may your return of income and claim the refund. No chapter VIA deduction is available. For further details you may refer chapter XIIA or sections 115C to 115-I.
