Please give full details of filing the ITR returns for financial year 2021-22

14 April 2023 If there is refund eligible, file condonation request u/s. 119(2)(b) of IT act, and file ITR after getting permission.
But if there is tax liability, file UPDATED ITR u/s. 139(8A) of IT act.
