28 June 2017 I hv received a mail email PIN from incometax dept. regarding Reset pwd, BUT I hv not send any request for such particular person. after 10 minutes i hv again recd. mail regarding pwsd sucessfully.

also recd one mail,
f you have not requested for reset of password and you have received this e-mail, it may mean that somebody else has requested for password reset for this account.
In case you want to cancel the password reset request please click on the link below and provide the required verification information

In case the request has not been cancelled within -12 hrs the request for Reset Password will be processed.

I hv not take any action, due to unable to check this email on right time.

plz suggest me action taken by me in future regarding above mail.
