income tax due date for AY 2015-16

26 May 2016 one of my client had speculation loss of rs. 80000. in the Ay 2015-16 can we carry forward such loss by filling return in may-2016..... I heard that such loss be c/f if return is filled on or before 25th of may-2016 is this correct.... please help out.....

26 May 2016 You can carry forward the loss if return is filed before due date. For AY 2015-16 due date was 7th September 2015. It has been extended from 31st July 2015.
