sir,
first time i got wrong name in pan card yr 2006. then after i got true name pancard yr 2006.
my problem is, my first wrong name shown in all incometax. pancard. tds in form 16. it is not change. i cal to calcenter incometax nd pancard nd tds bt they told to eachother authority name like tds.pan.itax.
my complain is nt solved. plz guide me..

Give the PAN details correction through form 49A and make the changes, it will be rectified with in 15 days

i alredy send it. and i got new pancard with true name. but still it shown wrong name in incometax website login.. pancard database. tds form 16 wrong name comes...

PAN card correction will be issued after correction of data base only. may be the form 16 issued before that. even if appearing, then correction request not done properly. first check your name in new pan card correct or old

i got new pancard with true name. but it is not updated in incometax, pancard, tds database . it shows wrong name....not changed....
