04 December 2015 A partnership firm montessori school received tution fee of Rs.41 Lakhs for the F.Y.2014-2015. Audited aaccounts to be signed by CA on 15/9/2015, but online return and audited formn can not submitted. For this reason, what steps to be initiated by Income Tax Department when return and audited form to be submitted by next 10 days.
