Sir,
My income tax refund of 2006-07 is pending as the employer has filed erroneous quarterly returns and my TDs is not showing properly on the website of department.Therefore ITO is not passing my assessment/ refund order. Please let me know what is remedy available to me for getting my TDS refund

you should produce TDS certificate to the ITO for the previous year u want Refund.

But nischint his employer not paid TDS to income tax department then tax credit not shown in his PAN. SO I think he can not claim refund.
