10 September 2009 Sir,

My income tax refund of 2006-07 is pending as the employer has filed erroneous quarterly returns and my TDs is not showing properly on the website of department.Therefore ITO is not passing my assessment/ refund order. Please let me know what is remedy available to me for getting my TDS refund

10 September 2009 you should produce TDS certificate to the ITO for the previous year u want Refund.

10 September 2009 But nischint his employer not paid TDS to income tax department then tax credit not shown in his PAN. SO I think he can not claim refund.
