Dear All,
One of my client shifted the Registered Office from Hyderabad to Vijayawada
The company would like to shift the jurisdiction of the I.T. Department from Hyderabad to Vijayawada
pls. advice the procedure for changing the jurisdiction

the company not applied the LTU ,IF the company changes in PAN Details ,is it ok ?

If not then the company will have to intimate to the jurisdiction IT office of the city/town together with the PAN No. PAN is permanent and it does not under go a change. Only the IT company circle will be different.

In case of change of address, the same can be intimated to the dept by way of Form called "Changes/Correction in PAN".
In this way, the address can be updated under Income Tax Database
