what is tax treatment for non resident during previous year ? for capital gain arised in india during previous year . whether it is taxable in india. if it is taxed in india. whether it is again taxable at abroad on remitance.

Yes, it is taxable in india atleast.. Now, in which country that foreignor lives, states whether its taxable again on remmitance or not.....
