My Query is that we didnot claim the tds of F.Y. 2008-2009 and not shown the income aslo in relevent F.Y.
Please guide can we claim in F.Y. 2009-2010 if we clain than say also section of income tax

TDS for FY 2008-09 cannot be claimed in FY 2009-10 as they are FY/AY specific.
You may revise the FY 2008-09 return if filed within due date, and offer such income to tax & claim credit for TDS on the same.
