19 July 2013 sir if someone show his turnover more than 10lakh in his income tax return from bussiness&profession u/s 44 ad then will he would be liable for tin no under sales tax act?

sir please solve my query as soos as possible.

19 July 2013 If, he is liable according to the provisions of State Vat Tax Act, he should get it. Generally in case of small traders , VAT department is also not bothered as he is not claiming VAT credit or collecting VAT.
