14 January 2016 If the status on Cpc call center says ITR under progress .This ITR 4 ,total income is less than 5 lacs.Is there any possibility that this ITR is selected for scrutiny .CPC is showing in process since first week of oct 2015.This ITR is for AY 2015-16.This has been my observation that once it comes under process it does not take more than 10 days for issuing 143(1)

communication under section 143(1) is not made in all cases. The non issue of intimation is a normal thing do not bother for this.
Since the no intimation is send to you you can not say that your case will be selected for scrutiny.

14 January 2016 Sometimes it takes time, but it doesn't mean that your return is selected for scrutiny wait for some more time for you to get Intimation u/s 143(1).

15 January 2016 Thanks both the experts .I have to get Rs 20000 approx refund CPC has to pay interest that why people say refunds are processed very fast,but this is not happening in my case.It is worrying me,
