05 April 2015 FORM 16 A CONTAINS TDS OF 30780 FOR THE ASST YEAR 2013-14. FORM 26 AS TDS CREDIT ONLY RS.20780. BALANCE TDS 10000 NO CREDIT IN FORM 26 AS. REFUND GOT ONLY FOR 20780 AND INTEREST THEREON. WHAT ACTION I WILL TAKE TO GET BALANCE 10000. DEDUCTOR SAYS I FILED TDS RETURN CORRECTLY.

05 April 2015 1. Ask the deductor for clarification.
2. In case, the deductor not replied properly, then file application with photocopy of all relevant documents with concern TDS jurisdiction.
3. While filing the application, speak with TDS officer, for speedy action.
4. TDS dept will take action against defaulted deductor.
5. 100% sure, you will get tds credit in your form 26AS.
6. We followed the same procedure and got 100% tds back from the deductor.
