A Korean Citizen doing Job in India from Last 3 Years and his wife is also working in India from 2 1/2 Years.
Queries :-
1. Whether Basis Exemption Limit as per Income Tax Act will be Available ?
2. 80C Deductions will be available ?
and 3. Husband will Gift to Wife (Clubbing in Whose Hands) ?

2. 80C DEDUCTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
3. If husband gift to wife any income earned from it will be clubbed with husband.
