A company pays subscription to madras club on behalf of director will it attract 194C ? In which section it has been specified or is there any case law for this?

thanks for anwering my question i also have another question a private limited company does not follow depriciation in accordance to companies act. an auditor says it can happen in accordance sec 350 of companies act can u please clarify

Sec.350 of companies act is provides the depreciation allowed for calculating the managerial remuneration u/s.349. so incase any deprecation calculated while computing the managerial remuneration u/s.349 the same can be provided.
