08 November 2012 i have received an income tax notice for non filing of return based on annual information return..for AY 2011-12....

basically i did two transaction one deposit more than 10 lac in bank
n
iind is purchase property more than 30 lacs..

pls suggest me sumthing
can i take for adjourment for this.
