please ,tell me when use 139(1) n 200 in TDS.i m sometime get confiused

Please note Sec 139(1) states about filling the income tax return by the assessee & Sec. 200 states about the duty & responsibility of person responsible to deduct the TDS to pay the amount so deducted on account of TDS under chapter XVIIB of income tax act & also to file the statement of such deduction with income tax authority.
