WHEN CANAL PROJECTS ARE START THEN SOME OF HIS LAND GOING IN CANAL PROJECTS I.E. EX.ENGG. N.P. CANAL.NO.10.NARMAR NEHAR.
SO, GOVT.HAS GIVEN AMOUNT TO MY CLIENTS IN TERMS OF INTEREST AFTER DEDCUTION OF TDS.

INTEREST RS.972000/- AS PER TDS CERTIFICATE AND TDS RS.97200/-. A.Y.2015-16.

MY CLIENTS WANTS TO FILE RETURN AND REFUND TDS RS.97200/-.
PL. GUIDE ME HOW TO GET TDS REFUND RS.97200/-.

Some agriculture land with my clients, it has going in narmad canal, So, Ex.Engg. Had ded.tds under section 194A . given payment to my clients. & given Tds Certificate for the same.

so, guide me what we do.& file return and return tds amt.

21 April 2015 The return should be filed from practicing Chartered Accountant by taking his expert advice. The return can be done at very minimum fees
