A director received land rent income from company. and company establish building on its. than this income treated as which income.

it shall be treated as income from house propperty.

i my opinion, it should be covered under the income from other source. An income may be treated as accrued from House property only when it is accrued from a House. since there is no house property, it should be treated as income from other sources.

it will come udner income from other soruces head. due to land is given on the rent.
