Income from Truck/ Transport

12 November 2021 I have got turnover of more than 75 lakhs from 2 trucks. And I have not taken registration in GST. Can I get a notice about this thing in future?
While i have registered the contract in gst
both are working on my individual pan

12 November 2021 If you haven't registered under GST it is quite likely you will get a notice.
GST registration is PAN wise so when filing of ITR in which PAN you will show income corresponding GST number should also have matching turnover

No registration required and no notice will be received, even if it's received reply it as exempt service provided no registration required.
