I have earn some amount in Share market trading intraday transaction.
I have to declare that income in ITR. but which ITR return to be filled ?
Also I am salaried person, Regularly filling ITR1.

ganesh, you need to file ITR-3 or ITR-4, showing these transactions as speculative business activities.
