Dear Sir,
I want to know that a salaried person can also show his income from business or profession?
If yes, which ITR form he will have to file in a.y 09-10.

hi
there is no restriction in IT Act and any salaried person can show its income from business/profession along with his salary income.
basically it depends on the contact between employer and employee. some employers don't allow their employees to carry on business/profession during their term of employment. otherwise there is no problem
