WERTHER INTEREST ON INCOME TAX REFUND TREATED AS INCOME FROM PROPERTY HELD UNDER TRUST?

It would be other income.However it would be house property income because the refund related to house property income. But i think most suitable head is other income because our aim is not to earn interest on refund of income tax.
