25 September 2013 I have a vacant place , my annual income from parking is 7.00lakh & rent is 5.00 lakh. my total income upto 12 lakh. i am liable for service tax registration & pay & file service tax Challan & Return.

25 September 2013 Rent 5 lac from commercial properties?

If yes, in my opinion, you have to register under the ST and comply with all provisions.

Before 01.03.2013 parking in a vacant land was in the mega notification Sl No. 24 of notn 25/2012 and the entry is omitted vide notn 3/ 01.03.2013.
