17 August 2021 An apartment has 30 nos of Flat. There are two owners. (50%Each). All the Flats have been given on Rent. Now while filing the return, it asked to mention all the tenants name. Is it mandatory to show all the tenants name in ITR?

17 August 2021 Yes, It's mandatory to show all the tenants name in ITR.

20 August 2021 all the flats are different house property unit and will be dealt accordingly. So, you have to show all the tenants name and rent received from them
