24 August 2012 Whether digitel signature is mandatory for e-filing , if income from house property is Rs. 50 lacs.
Please brief the ans to the point.

24 August 2012 e filing with digital signature is mandatory for TAX AUDIT cases of other than company assessee. (Company.. it was made compulsory long ago)If you case falls under tax audit, you need to have a digital signature otherwise not.
