Whether digitel signature is mandatory for e-filing , if income from house property is Rs. 50 lacs.

e filing with digital signature is mandatory for TAX AUDIT cases of other than company assessee. (Company.. it was made compulsory long ago)If you case falls under tax audit, you need to have a digital signature otherwise not.
